Red has been in my family a little over a month now and he's slowly coming around more and more. Red likes to sit on my shoulder while I'm at the computer. Red also "mumbles" under his breath. Would "love" to know what he's saying. I've bought a teach your parrot to talk CD. The first word is "Hello". Red tries to say it but not quiet coming out right although you can tell that's what he's saying. Almost there but I also realize he may never say it clear. I'm happy even if he doesn't. I can now occasionally stroke his tail as he moves around with his back to me without him screaming. When he's on my shoulder I can touch his toes with one finger and rub my head up against his chest & wing. It's PROGRESS !!!
