Hi Marley!
We will be having a 4 month old YC Macaw joining our flock (Elvis, male Eclectus, 4 years old & Mika, female Timneh Grey, 10 months old) next week.

I was checking out other YC Macaws on I sure hope our new young macaw will blend in with the current flock. I don't know if it is male or female, but seems to like people and has a good disposition.

We're in Boca Raton, Florida. We take the birds for a walk around sunset every evening. How we're going to manage 3 birds remains to be seen. My husband is away this week and taking the 2 birds out is 2 handfuls. I don't trust the shoulder in case they get spooked when a car goes by. I prefer to keep a thumb on a foot.

You are a handsome bird. Too bad you live so far away.

You posted a yahoo group on another site that doesn't work. Can you re-post it or e-mail it -
