Good Morning Greenie
Well, Dr. Squak has been able to come up with some important information, and just know YOU need, and want to hear all about it. Yeah right.

According to the results of a large Finnish study, people who drink the most COFFEE during their 30s, 40s, and 50s -- about three to five cups a day --- are 65% less likely to develop Alzheimer's two decades later.

Alzheimer's fighting secrets: Coffee contains a host of antioxidants that work together to protect brain cells and prevent the formation of plaques associated with the disease, says Jean carper, author of 100 Simple Things You Can DO To Prevent Alzheimer's and AGE-RELATED MEMORY LOSS. And it's okay to opt for regular over decaf. A study shows that caffeine prevents dementia-causing damage by reducing the number of toxins in the brain.

This is a Public Service Announcement from the Dr. Squak Institute of useless Information....
