Hi Chloe
HOpe mom feels better soon. That's rough, being sick in the winter. We're still looking, we passed on Mame when mom thought about it. Mame was sweet, but has arthritis and cancer, and mom thinks Polly will benefit from having a dog young and agile enough to play with her.
Mom is going to the opera tonight! She's going to see Hansel and Gretel. The Pittsburgh Opera puts on 4 performances in the opera house, and one at CAPA, which is the high school for the performing arts here in Pittsburgh. Tonight it's the CAPA show. That's a very small theater, much more intimate than Benedum Hall. It should be good. They are going to eat in a place that mom hasn't been to for about 35 years, so that should be fun as well. As for us, we'll be confined to our cages for the evening, sad to say. I know the time will pass more slowly for us, since we're used to being out. Hugs, Falco |
