|Hey Apollo, my friend
Wow, sounds like we are having similar problems. Mom's computer will just not let us stay on line to blog on BC. Some sites are ok, others not. right now Mom is on her expensive business computer (The Big Mac) but it is the only way we can communicate. Mom says it is time for a new computer for me. I just need a tiny one with no bells or whistles. Push the on button and up comes BC - I can type a little (actually I just tap dance and it sometimes makes sense) but that shouldn't cost too much. < g>
Plus January, February and March are terrible months for Mom. She wants to get out of the accounting business so life will slow down. I'm for that. Sure hope your Mom's mother is okay. I know what parronts go thru with sick parents. Mine went ballistic with the sickness and loss of her sister. But things are settling down now.
We are sitting on the couch while dad watches the Superbowl (bunch of men in silly outfits chasing a ball all over the place.) And they laugh at me when I shake my toys!! But Mom and I aren't interested so using this time to get on BC.
Regarding the Plumera. If it is small, we could plant it and keep it in the house cause it never freezes in here (we hope) but they don't keep heat on at night but it never goes below the low 50's or high 40's. Would that be too cold for a house plant. Nite temp last night was 17 - way to cold for it to be outside. Say, could you send a little of that warm temps here, pretty please?? teehee I am assuming you live in the southern area of your state cause I know the northern - or even the mid-area, can get cold. We don't much expect warm outdoor temps until April - but that's day time only. Mom and Dad would like to go back to Texas cause they have nice warm winters usually. But I remember Februarys there - it can get really cold - even snowed 18" one year, and nothing like a Blue Norther!
Well, I better see if I can say a quick hi to a few other friends before the battery runs out. Suppose to last 5 hours but it doesn't.
Take care and enjoy the weather and hope all settles down with you mom.
