Hi Gracie!
If I win, I'm having a big girls night at the castle.:)

Thank you so much for the vote!!

Guess what, I got a job! I'm mommy's new alarm clock! Her old alarm never wakes her up, so she sets the old alarm to the time she wants to get up, puts it by my cage, and then when it goes off, it wakes me up, and I screech very loud, and that wakes up mommy!!! Mommy pays me in treats!

I'm Gonna Get Your Tail~
Set your parrot on your bed, put your hand near its tail (but don’t actually touch it), and then, in a very animated tone of voice, say, “Oh, I’m going to touch your tail!” Your bird will run the other direction from you and then all over your bed. Let your bird rest, then you can do it again.
Note, Don’t play this game if your bird has trust issues or doesn’t appear to be comfortable.

I love this game.:)

Lets Dance~
Stand in front of your bird, and then start to sway and sing. Don't worry--the neighbors wont hear you! Swing your arms to the music and clap and bounce. Before you know, it your bird will be dancing right with you.

Be careful with dramatic arm movements over your head. These large, sweeping motions can sometimes startle and intimidate a bird. Take it easy with the John Travolta “Saturday Night Fever” moves until you know what your bird will accept.

I love dancing! My favorite song is, "Go Peatree!"
The words are,

"Go Peatree, Go Peatree, Go Peatree, yeah!"
"Go Peatree, Go Peatree, Go Peatree yeah!"

Pasta Chain~
Try stringing a variety of different size pastas (uncooked) on ropes and hanging them in your birds cages. My Peatree love moving the pieces up and down on the ropes and playing with them. They also enjoy a tasty morsel or two and the pasta is good for them.

What mom said is true, I do love moving them!

I hope you enjoyed today's Birdie Boredom Busters!
Hugs, ♥ Peatree ♥
