Hi Guys
I think it is an awesome idea. The trust would have to be maintained by a committee of concerned owners. The persons who need help should be screened to avoid misuse of the funds and the bird should be a rescue, and under the care of a VET. What do you think of those thoughts?
I don't want ANY BIRD TO BE SORRY FOR ME! I want owners to be aware, for people to report what may be abuse, for governments in Canada & US to take animal abuse seriously and to help even one abused animal get the surgeries etc to have a happy forever life with a great owner.
We, you and I need to see if we can't get together on a page top blog our thoughts and discuss the idea.
Let me know what you think, if you can get time to meet etc. I thought of the Treasure Chest Patio as the meeting grounds. love SKY and Momma DEB
