Hi Paco, Elvis & Sunny
We had a nice holiday even though the Woman had to work. But now she's on VACATION until the 9th, hooray! She's going to visit Grandma next week so I get to go to Birdie Camp, which I enjoy.

Well, the egg that Butterball and I were sitting on never hatched. She quit sitting on it about 3 days before it was due. The other 4 eggs were put under a foster pair, but the male was sick (the breeder didn't know it at the time) and they weren't sitting them properly either. The first two hatched but the babies didn't survive. The breeder then put the last two eggs under another foster pair, but the damage was done by then and only one hatched. So far the sole surviving baby is holding its own, but it is very small for its age. We're keeping our wings crossed that it makes it.

I don't why but Butterball and I just seem to have the worst luck with our babies!
