MEMORIAM BEACH PARTY
This month's milonga will be a wonderful beach party with the usual fun, games and dancing. However we will also be celebrating the lives of two of our BC friends who recently left us for the Rainbow Bridge: Ms Bertie and Christine Angel Wings.
Date: Saturday, June 30th

Time: 8PM EDT; 7PM CDT; 5PM PDT
That's right, birdie buddies, it is time to get out your bathing suits and beach gear because the June milonga is a wild one by the waterside. We will have games to play, and wonderful food to eat, and music to dance away your cares. If you have ever seen Beach Blanket Bingo, you will know what a good time this will be. If not, use your imagination. Sand, sun and hi-jinks. What could be better?
Lizzie will be preparing a wonderful beach picnic for us, and Sam and the Scruffy Birds Band will be playing all your summertime favorites.
Perhaps best of all it will be time to remember our departed friends and celebrate the joy they brought to us all and begin leaving behind the grief we have been feeling. You know they would want us to be happy for their new life at the Rainbow Bridge rather than crying because we cannot see them in this world. And Lizzie has promised a special moment of communion from the Bridge for all of us to share.
So come and join us; you will be have a wonderful time and go home feeling warm and happy.
