Hi Grover
Whooo looks like we both have extreme heat this week! Dangerous for cockatiels and everybody else! We get the direct sun in the morning in our home, so it does not get too hot here in the afternoon like folks on the other side of the building so its not too bad. Mom is off today and all of next week and she was outside yesterday. She was careful not to be out for too long. Her car needed fixing - the starter didn't always work - they said the flywheel needed lubrication. Any hint of resistance and starter would not work. She's happy that this may be fixed now cause she will be away for a few days next week. We got to interview our bird sitter yesterday - again. We met him in December. He is very knowledgeable and works for some folks who say great things.
So today we woke Mom up with a BIG serenade and she had a BIG smile on her face saying goodmorning.
All the best to you on this hot day
