Hi Kaji Here is the full scoop on the terrible treatment I received from my mom yesterday. She really took a day for herself, and I don't think she thought about me once. Can you believe it? Okay, first she did take me outside for a sunbath, and that is the only reason she still has all of her toes. However she immediately left for the gym and that darned zumba. When she got home she jumped in the shower and took off again. She and her friend went to see The Music Man at one of the local Community Theatres. She enjoyed it a lot and said the lead female had an amazing voice. I do believe the production could have been improved with the addition of a parrot though. And did she come home right after the show? Nooooo! They went to get something to eat, and Mom didn't even bring me a birdie bag. Although she did promise to eat the remaining half of her chicken sandwich in my room, so I guess I might snatch a bite or two . Anyway that is where I was yesterday...in my room waiting for mom to come home. At least she did spend the rest of the evening playing with me, so I have decided to forgive her....this time! This afternoon she will be seeing the gastroenterologist for the follow up on her endoscopy. I don't know what he is going to suggest for the ulcers. If it is from the athritis meds, she has already changed those. However if it is from stress over Dad....well, that is out of her hands or the doc's. Kiddo
