Hi Chi Chi The freezer sure is a great way to enjoy the summer veggies in the dead of winter! And that is such a good idea for the tomatoes using them in chilli and soups too! Mom usually makes sauce for the macaroni and eggplant parmesean! Both our Mom's were lucky to have gotten all their laundry done today! I'm so happy that you got some time outside to cheech at the wild birds today! Mom had us on the deck for awhile to watch the sparrows bring more nesting material for the birdhouse in our yard! The wild birds make pigs of themselves and now Mom has to buy more bird seed as they went through it so fast this time! Wishing you a great evening and I'm sending you all my love along with big birdie hugs and soft beaky kisses Love Dixie
