Shadow!
This is what I love about being BOTD; I finally get the chance to visit with friends I'm missed chatting with. How are you? And the rest of the flock? Good, I hope. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't realize you have a new Grey brother. I'll have to go by and met Opie, find out his story and whatnot. I'm sure I'll have questions, like do you and him socialize or share words and conversation? I'm sure you know that Lalo, Arthur Alex's little Grey sister lives here now. She and I get along quite nicely. The other day I went and sat in her cage for awhile and she didn't seem to mind. Saber, the original Grey here has taken a real shine to Lalo. In fact, maybe too much of one. He won't leave her alone so mom has to tuck him back in his cage to give Lalo some peace. Saber's never shown this kind of interest in any bird other than the desire to drill a new hole in a head or two. With Lalo it's different though, I think. Mom best keep an eye on those two!
Listen to me rambling! It's just so nice to chat with you, Shadow. Thank you again for coming by on my special day. The crown you said was so pretty, (thanks for that, by the way), it was a real scramble to pick it out. I wasn't prepared for this BOTD win at ALL!
