Hello Jake
How's everything with you? Bet you're excited about it being a long weekend coming up and the fact you'll have your Dad home for a whole day longer! I sure wish you could have him at home all the time like it's supposed to be. Maybe that day's coming soon.
I've stopped by to let you know that I most definitely want to play baseball again next season so please add my name to the roster. ALSO, Simon has said he too would like to play ball this year so I'd like to get his name penciled in as well. I know he needs to give you the official word, but until he can get here, I want to be sure you know about Simon's interest. Now, I've heard rumor that were there enough players, there could be two macaw teams. *Reba leans in closer to Jake.* I really want Simon and I to play on the same team. I do not want to play against him. I want to sit in the dug out with him, I want to practice with him, I want to win with him. Capisce? *There's a twinkle in Reba's eye she really hopes Jake can see. Okay, that was a little pushy but I'm feeling desperate here.
Looking forward to next season. If there's anything I can do to help out, please feel free to ask, okay Coach?
