Hello Sweetpea!
And hello Squeek! Nice to meet you! You two sure are cute together. Are you pals? Do you eat and preen and play together? Do you share a cage or have separate places to call your own?

I'm full of questions, aren't I!

Everything's good here with me. It's been a very hot and dry summer but we've finally gotten some rain in the past couple of weeks. The grass has already made a comeback from the dead-brown that it was to an almost spring-green. Amazing! I've been spending time in my aviary but some days only in the evening when it's cooled off at least a little bit. Mom says to be sure and really enjoy these warm days now because they're numbered. There's going to come a day where it'll be TOO COOL for a parrot to go outdoors. Oh dear.

((BIG OL' MACAW HUG)) to each of you. Don't worry, Squeek, I won't squeeze too hard.
