Hi Chloe
We can go anywhere on the ship that you want to see, after all, I'm the captain! It's my pleasure to show you around.
We found another dead baby squirrel this morning. That's the 3rd one in as many days. She seemed fine yesterday, but had lost some weight. Mom doesn't know what is happening, she doesn't normally lose the little ones. The staff at the center told mom that a lot of these squirrels this year are suffering from failure to thrive, no apparent cause of death. She left the little ones there for necropsy, just in case it is something else, though. Mom feels pretty badly about it, but they told her all the foster moms are having the same thing happen. Hope you are having a good day. Hugs, Gizmo
