Hi Captain Ceasaur,
I am busy keeping mom on track, she is getting tired but happy she can do it.
I want to thank all of you for your support and votes, I would not be able to do this if not for you…

Quick'n Easy Birdy Bread
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar or honey
2 eggs
3 tbs vegetable oil or palm oil (for African species)
1C milk or buttermilk
Mix the above ingredients and add any of the following: cooked sweet potatoes, squash shredded or chopped, grated carrot, pulverized egg shells, blueberries, peanut butter, walnuts, or anything that your bird likes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes in a 13x9 pan.

Bon Appetite…

Wing hugs, Chef Taz
