Hiya Valentine!
How's The Cuddler feelin' following her dentist appt.? There must be somethin' in the air 'cause she's the third one I've heard about goin' to the dentist. Yikes, hope I don't breath in any of that air!

Hey, I completely understand about "your window". There's just certain places that feel right and no other will do. It's that way for me out in the aviary. I have my couple of spots I like t'sit and don't be suggesting I try out a different view. Besides, it's likely t'be somebody else's favorite space and who wants to get another flockmate's tail feathers in a twist. And yes, our little yard is quite remote. The neighborhood has all of six houses, ours included. I live out in the middle of CornVille, USA so any macaw hollerin' I feel needs doin' isn't likely heard by many. Lucky for me even, the neighbor man right next door is nearly deaf (not because of my yellin', I assure you). The actual truth is, I rarely make much noise. No kiddin'! I am right now 'cause mom's gone and I'm not happy that dad's in and out of my room so much. Dad says he didn't know I could holler this loud! I promise to quit once he gets mom to come back home. Anyway, yes, you're wise to remain within the safety of your windowed-view. Hawks are an issue around my place. Just last week one buzzed the aviary, whippin' by just five feet from the side, and mom was even standing inside with us. You'd think the presence of a human would deter a hawk but this one's got way too much moxie. Our days outdoors are numbered now so maybe the hawk will think somebody else ate us and leave. Now there's a thought! LOL. Or not.

Hope your weekend's awesome.

Your buddy,
R ('>
