Hello Miranda
I know exactly what you mean about blog time being at a premium. I struggle for the privilege myself. I have to bow to his royal pain in the tailfeathers, Mr. RaneBeau before getting a turn most days. Because he was the first of the McFlock to have a BC page, he lords his seniority over us! Well, not really but it sometimes feels like it turns out that way. Fortunately I have a greyt little circle of friends that keep in touch, your lovely self included, so I'm happy. And speaking of greyt friends, you asked about Poirot. Unfortunately I've just received a note from him that bares more discouraging news about his situation. He's been taken off the antibiotics because his appetite is waning and he's losing weight. He's even been throwing up what little he eats. I'm so worried about him. This mysterious affliction has gone on for so long and there's yet to be any real hope in sight. His dear Mama has to be worn out from worry over her little Grey bird. She adores him so and has to be deeply concerned about this ongoing struggle. Poirot is a strong bird, one with perseverance and determination, so if any CAG can do it - get past this problem - he can. At least that's the positive thought I'm going to continue to maintain. Your concern for him is greytly appreciated, Miranda.

Life at your place sounds wonderfully amusing! Tricky D sounds like a charming fellow. You're a jewel to allow him the privilege of visiting the interior of your cage. Not every Grey would permit that. I live with a band of four conures; they've been sequestered in a separate room due to their zealous interest in kickboxing with bigger parrots. Okay, it's just two of them that like that sport. Kirby and Zoren are basically cool guys but those other two, well, they could take some pointers from your TD. Need I say more? With some recent changing in the arrangement of my room I know have to keep a closer eye on the Greenwing that hangs out on RaneBeau's cage. I wouldn't put it past her to take a swing at me and I can't say it would be all that playful. Got to be on our toes all the time, don't we!

Thank you so much for flying by my page in your few and precious moments of blog time. I feel very special!

Happy Friday~
