Hi Jack!
Hi Jack, what a handsome bird you are! I love your story! 6 weeks is not long at all to get Jack to trust you. I adopted my bird Wiley, a Nanday Conure in May and he will only step up when he is on the floor (from trying to fly on his clipped wings). He has made tons of progress but is still hand-shy. He was rescued by animal control along with a dog and 8 puppies from a condemned house after the owner was arrested and put in jail (for something other than the condition of his house). I got 2 friends for him, Carly and Cricket, 2 Budgies that are 3 and had not been bought from a pet store that was closing. They adopted them out to me. They are not hand-tamed and not sure they can be. Their picture isn't up yet. Anyhow, my flock and I stopped by to say hi and we left you a vote.
