Hi Butterball
The baby squirrel has turned into a good eater. He's eating mash reliably for 3 of his 4 feedings, so when mom gets him weaned from the night time bottle (syringe), he can go back to the center.
We told some folks yesterday, but not everyone, so if you already heard this, sorry! Mom went to the bird warehouse customer appreciation day on Sunday. She planned on looking, not buying, but you all know what happens! She saw some new toys there that we had to have, and bought some new varieties of Higgins World Cuisine in small packets to see if the boys like it. Oh, and mom is swimming 500 meters a day, hoping to increase it this week by at least 100 more. Hope your day is glorious, not too hot or too cold. Hugs, Falco |
