Hi Popeye,
thanks for liking the display case & the hawk, they looks much better in real of course! Mum just finished another sea gull. She used wire in the legs so it stands up real nice. Pics tomorrow!
Today was a much better day, not as hot. Mum's not really that familiar with the Fahrenheit scale that you use, but she'll try to tell you what the temps get here to. In summer it can go anywhere from the mid 60's to 100 & more degrees, but the average is around mid 80's.Of course we also do get heat waves! In winter it can be anything from the low 50's to the mid 60's.
Tomorrow will be back to normal, which is around 70 for this time of year & mum loves that temp the best, specially when it's not humid!
I did something so funny today. Mum poured herself a big glass of water when she came back from the shops. She let it stand on the kitchen sink & did something else. When she came back into the kitchen i was sitting on top of her glass, dipping my feet into it!!! Mum had to laugh so much, but got the hint & gave me a bath, which i really enjoyed, guess i must have been hot in my feathers! Hope you had a good day too.
