Hi Gus
The milonga this month can be on either the 20th or the 27th, and I would like to hear from my birdy friends as to what day works best for them. I already know Chyna cannot come on the 20th, and we would certainly miss her sweet songs with the band. Does anybirdy have a problem with the 27th?
Our weather continues nice here, although a bit muggy. Mom can actually take me outside in the afternoon! That is just amazing. We are having a quiet day here today though, after getting the news of Dad's father passing away yesterday. Mom and Dad went to Walmart this morning for some odds and ends, and Mom had a hot flash. So Dad pointed out the case where they sell ice, and Mom stuck her head in there for a minute. It helped, but she still needed ice cream. Getting out of the house helped their spirits after the loss of Dad's father, but Dad is napping now. Mom thinks he is meditating and remembering.
