That was a fun ride! Hope mom is feeling better each day. Falco hasn't heard from SP, so we were concerned about mom, but if she isn't up to blogging yet, we understand completely.
Dinner was really good for mom, but we got no birdie bag when she got home! Her excuse was that she didn't want food in the car while they were at the opera, but I don't believe that for a second. My guess is that she ate all of it! The opera was a lush production of Rigoletto, with a marvelous cast, great singing! The duke was a handsome guy, the soprano was gorgeous and acted like a teen, and Rigoletto himself was fantastic with a great voice. All in all, it was a good night out if you were a human.
