Mom & I are excavating her closet!
...Talk about a SCARY place, Mango! She's got stuff in there the pharaohs used to wear! Not to mention, a pair of army boots, original mail bags from the pony express days, a letter from Teddy Roosevelt, old flight gear, and stuff she swears she has NEVER laid eyes on before!!! "Where did THAT come from?" is all she keeps saying. I think she has some of that OLD TIMERS DISEASE!

This past Wednesday, Mom had to go for her yearly physical. And it REALLY got physical. Her doctor didn't like some of the symptoms that Mom talked to her about so she's sending her this coming Friday for a "stress test". REALLY??? All the doctor would have to do is COME OVER and check her out then!! Her whole life is one big STRESS test! Anyway, with her blown out knees, it most likely will be one of those chemical kinds of tests. She was sent an encyclopedia thick stack of papers on how to prepare for it. It's kinda nerve racking that they are gonna put radioactive stuff in her veins. Yeah, they did that decades ago to her to test her thyroid gland. They brought it out in a metal canister, used tongs to take it out of the canister, donned lead apron & gloves followed with a welder's mask on.....that was for the lab tech doing the injection. Mom,. they didn't take any precautions for her. They were putting that stuff in her arm!!! She glowed green for a week after that. I know because we found those pictures in her closet!! Hahahaha!!

Just wanted you to know things are okay here and we are all right. Except I think a museum might want to buy some of this stuff! I thought closets held clothing? There's not that much in here like that. We're going to be inspecting the lower levels tomorrow. They just go on and on! See ya later, Hugs, SamIAm
