Hiya Bindi~Boo!
I agree with your mom completely; you are SO cute in that picture I mentioned. You're cute in ALL of them. You just can't help but look that way, even if you are, what was it you called yourself, 'hardheaded'? You want my opinion, I think your mom's got enough determination t'win you over completely. I'm just sayin'....

Okay, how were those 16 Keets caught? With a net! The 'keets have an approx. 8'x12' screened-in area in the bird barn plus their little outdoor fly-zone. The window to that was of course shut. All the branches in their room were taken down which left them with nothing to perch on by the rings the food dishes go in or the window ledge. Most just hung on the screen walls. One by one the little rockets were trapped under the net then scooped up and slide into a travel cage. I guess a couple actually flew into the net as it was being held up. Mom told them thanks for cooperatin' so nicely. It took about four trips t'get all the little buggers in the house. Mom couldn't put too many in the travel cage at once; they were escaping when she's open the door to put another one in! No sense in having to catch them twice. So now all the little twitter-bugs are in the room right next t'me, and ya know what? I like the sound of them in there. You Keets are about the happiest little birds of all birds. At least you SOUND that way. I often see mom just standin' in the LBRoom watching a 'Keet do his half-dozed-off jabbering. I have t'admit, it's a cute thing. (The bird, not mom standin' there starin'. I like it best when she's starin' at ME.)

You have yourself a happy day okay, 'cause that's what I'm wishin' for YOU.
