Hi Scion
Those bunnies sure sound like a handful, but I bet they are a lot of fun to watch!

We are expecting bad storms today, but they are supposed to clear out late tonight. I hope they don't get real bad. It is cloudy now, but no rain yet. They say it will start around noon. Possible tornado's! I am not ready for those again. Feels like we just finished up the Spring season with those things and now they are back for Fall! I hate those things! Maybe the weather people are wrong and we will just get rain...

The band stuff sure is fun and we are glad that Jodie likes it so much. Mom got to help with a field trip yesterday for the High School Marching Band Regional Competition. Our band got all 1's and only 1 other band did the same. We definitely had the biggest band. Ours took up the whole field and most of them only took up about a quarter of the field. Jodie loved it and can't wait to in the 10th grade next year so that she can be a part of it. We took the 9th graders to watch and they were fascinated! They even got to see a college band perform while the judges were wrapping up their voting.

Jodie also started playing a new instrument yesterday. Her band director said they needed a Bass Clarinet player for concerts and she asked Jodie. She said she knew that Jodie could do it and that it wouldn't mess her up on her Soprano Clarinet. She will only play the Bass for concerts (since it so big) and she will keep playing her other one for the games. The band directors said that Jodie blew them away yesterday with her first lesson! Good thing she did since the Christmas isn't very far away!

I hope that you and your family have a great day and that rain leaves you alone now. We need the rain, but I don't like the other stuff that tends to come with it this time of year! I do love the cooler temperatures that we will be getting though! Tomorrow's high is only 70!

Love and hugs,
