Mornin' Sweet Pea!
Can ya believe it's Saturday already? This month's flyin' by like bird who needs a serious wing trim! Of course this week for me's been pretty pokey but that's how it goes when you're waitin' on the mom t'come back home. Speakin' of the mom, I know she's gonna blush like crazy when I tell her the generous compliment you shared about my notes. Gee~whiz... thanks!

I thought maybe the parronts would be back t'day but I've been informed they're staying one more day in Colorado to visit with my mom's parronts who live in the mountains above Colorado Springs. Suppose I can't deny my mom the chance t'spend time with her mom. *sigh*

That's hilarious that you call your Dad "Scooby Dad". Good one, Sweet Pea. Any nicknames for Mom? And speakin' of your parronts, they each have a set of angel wings for all the effort, love and monetary sacrifice they give for the sake of the hounds in our world. If those Alaskan Huskies had any idea of their future good fortune of becoming a part of your family, they'd be barkin' like crazy, turnin' circles and chasin' their tails in complete excitement. But maybe they don't even know how t'do that having spent their entire lives locked up in pens. Some humans are such deplorable creatures — to treat a dog like that is beyond acceptable! Makes me wanna bite somebody, those heartless humans in particular. If what they've done to animals could be their fate, that would only seem far. But ooops, I'm up on a soapbox and should get down now. Sorry. I so hope your family is able to give those pooches a wonderful place t'call home. Just think, Sweet Pea, you'll have a new kind of bark you can copy!

"Bullocks"... yeah, Irish or somethin'. And no, I'm not an Irish parrot. Is there such a thing? Maybe there is. Maybe I'm the first one! Har har. You tell your dad he wasn't wrong, he was right!

Blessings from Heaven to you and yours,
Your new pal,
R ('>

P.S. Tell that crazy rat terrier t'go easy on the sheltie and the Malamute. Woof!
