TODAY DEREK CLEANED MY CAGE, I WAS SO HAPPY TO HAVE A CLEAN CAGE
I LOVE TO GO TO THE BOTTOM OF MY CAGE AND MOVE THE BARS AND TO EAT THE LEFTOVER FOOD I DROPPED. BUT I SOMETIMES GET STUCK, SO DEREK HAD TO PUT A CLOTHES PIN AND LOCK IT.
SO I WOULDN”T GET STUCK WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND TO RESCUE ME,
LAST CHRISTMAS LYNN AND HARRY INVITED OVER DOUG FROM CHURCH, AND THE WHOLE FAMILY AND I INTERACTED WITH HIM.
I LOVED HOW HE LET ME DO ANYTHING I WANTED TO HIM ,I GOT TO CLEAN HIS TEETH.
SINCE I USUALLY DON’T’ LIKE STRANGERS, DEREK DECIDED.
THAT DOUG WILL BE MY BABYSITTER WHEN THEY ARE ALL OUT OF TOWN.
SO NEXT WEEK MY FAMILY WENT OUT OF TOWN, AND DOUG CAME OVER EVERY DAY.
TO SAY HELLO TO ME AND FEED ME, I DIDN’T LIKE HIM AS MUCH WITHOUT MY FAMILY AROUND.
WHEN THE FAMILY GOT BACK OUT OF TOWN I WELCOMED THEM HOME AND THEY ANSWERED ME BACK.
I STARTED RAISING MY NECK UP AND DOWN, AND PUT MY WINGS OUT A BIT AND WOULD DILATE MY EYES
WHEN I GET REALLY EXCITED , THAT’S WHAT I WAS DOING WHEN DEREK PUT ME ON HIS SHOULDER.
