Hi Marigold
I heard a noreaster storm is headed towards the east coast mostly New York and New Jersey with rain and floods and wind. But if might stay further in the water if they are lucky. Some of them still dont have power and if some do have power the storm could knock it back out. It sounds like a mess down there. Feather is on my shoulder. Feather lost 6 of her light feathers on the right side. The other day my nephews little dog was over and it went into the room and scared feather. I heard her thrashing so i kept the door closed the rest of the time. The next day i saw 6 feathers on the bottom of the cage. Now she cant fly she is top heavy. She can fly at waist high height and than fall down. She has no control either so i have to keep an eye on her. She flew off a few times landing on things. I look forwards to when she can fly again. I dont know how long it will take for the right side to grow back. She will probably be able to fly before its all grown in since she does have 6 feathers on the left side.
