Hi, Chica,
Skinsis tells mom that wal mart really does have good prices if one lives close enough to make it worthwhile. There isn't one close enough for the parronts. All are a freeway trip away, but they are putting in a market nearby the parronts might check out. It used to be a safeway, but the safeway moved and there wouldn't be enough room for a regular walmart, 'sides there's a target in the same center. Price matching is good business as that's what mom's work is doing if people bring an ad in showing the competitor's price.
With those cold temps its good that the fireplace is up and running. Good you birds can also enjoy it without worry. We assumed there was a glass or something for safety's sake.
Your mom will have fun with her new camcorder. Do all of you birds like being filmed? We've heard many birds flee at the sight of one, heehee, but we have seen some of you and the flock's videos here on BC.
