hi pepper
my moms natural hair color is about 4 different shades. it goes from a reddish brown. to light brown with blonde patches in the front to a medium brown on top. she doesnt have any gray. so what mom does is she has highlighted her hair all over to match the light blonde patches in the front and leaves everything else alone. years ago she once went to a professional hairdresser and he was horrified at her hair colors and did a reverse blonde making moms hair 2 shades a brown and blonde. it cost a ton of money and mom didnt think it looked any better than what she does. of course she cant really see the back of her head. her mother had golden brown hair, her g-ma had red hair and her dad had blonde hair and her other g-ma had black hair. it seems mom got all their genes of hair color stuck on her head. her one brother had very pale blonde hair and if he grew a beard it came in red. the other brother had blondish brown hair. moms eyelashes always have been pale blonde and if she doesnt wear eye mmakeup it looks like she doesnt have any eyes or very tiny ones. i think you should consult wkith a hair color specialist and see what they can do for you and how much it would cost. you probably would look great with a much lighter shade of hair and they have hair dyes you can buy just for the blonde shades that would cover up any grey coming in . our g-ma is 92 and just has a sprinkling of grey and everyone always thinks she dyes her hair so grey hair doesnt run in our family. love boo boo
