Cooke~ Your CORNBREAD...
it's delicious! And I'm with you on the jalepeno one — that one was really good. Cornbread at my place has weird stuff in it sometimes. Once it had chopped kale, green chili peppers and black beans in it with some sort of Hungarian paprika. That stuff really made the bread spicy! Another time mom tried to sneak mashed mango in on us since too many of the McFlock toss their orange fruits. The cornbread also had dates and fig pieces which I happen to like so I ended up eating that darn mango along with the dried fruits. I think the last batch of cornbread had mashed sweet potato. I could faintly detect it hidden in there. There's always going to be a surprise when you bite into cornbread around here. The human sons won't hardly eat it anymore for fear mom's trying to pull the same thing over on them.

Hope your Saturday's a really good one. Thanks for coming by to see Simon and I.
