hi kiddo
there is a man that lives in the pittsburgh area that takes in abused parrots. he has trained them all and puts on a big parrot show and talks about each individual parrot and what its life was like and sometimes he starts crying as he talks about them. he is quite well known and people from all over the country contact him with parrot problems and abuse cases. anyway he told mom that it is a myth that parrots need to be warm. he takes his parrots outside to play in the snow. of courxse mom says i am so delicate she would never think of taking me outside plus severes are extremely susceptible to cold and drafts and mom says i already have enough problems . anyway mom thinks as long as your mom feels comfortable outside it would be ok for you. if she feels chilly then its best to go inside. just be happy you get all that california sun. we have happy festivals here when the sun comes out and not too often . hope you are having a wonderful day. love cori
