Hi B&T
Well, it really got chilly here last night (for us). Mom keeps the thermostat for my heater in my room at 71 or 72. It comes on if the temp drops one degree below and turns off at two degrees above the set temp. When Mom came in to eat breakfast with me it was only 68 degrees in my room and the heater was running for all it was worth. I was wrapped all cozy in my cover, but Mom still checked me out to make sure I did show any signs of a chill. Heck, I am not that fragile! The heater finally had caught up when she came back in at 9 and it is only running off and on since then. Bet she sets it at 73 tonight. Her and Dad haven't even lit the main furnace yet, so it can't be that cold. I just remind her about all my birdy buddies who have snow and freezing temps. We are darned lucky out here!
