Hi, Cleo,
Pearl does come out of the birdhouse first when it's opened. Often Silver will sit inside until Pearl calls for him to come out. We both will explore stuff on the floor on the rare occasions we are allowed down there. Too much doggie fur these days, yuck.

All the birdies with snow probably laugh at us when we say it's cold and admit it's really only in the 50s or sometimes down to the 40s. Really, if we had 20s and lower all the time don't think mom would leave the house much or else she'd been bundled like Charlie Brown and can't move and if she fell that would be that.

Sure hope your mom avoids that flu bug at her work. She's already suffered with that bad cold. Our mom never seems to catch stuff at work and fortunately nothing is going around currently.

Have a great day, wing hugs and a vote, Pearl and Silver.
