Sky Flock piles into the Ex Center
Angel starts off to the exercise bikes while Poncho, jack, Rally and Little Angel head to the change rooms to prepare for swimming laps this evening.
Flynn jogs the track, headphones on, relaxing and listening to his favorite tunes.
"Flynn wait up" calls Sarah and Amando
together the three do their laps, 5, 6, 7, 8, ....25.
"WOW, that was a great run" Little Angel says with her usual peep. " Come on, let's hit the punching bags for a while"
"slow down Little Angel' Amando puffs. |
