Hey Callie♥
It was good to talk to your mom last night, mom says. She always enjoys their conversations. The cookies she was making turned out delicious, too!
Sorry we're online so late today, but mom had to work at the museum, then meet her friend from Munich for a late lunch, and when she got home, she found out that her baker helpers had dwindled to one. Her daughter left at 1 and poor niece Jessica was still here until after 4. So mom helped her to finish the cleanup, and will bake either later tonight or tomorrow to finish everything. Then her friend came with some gifts (and to get a share of that good Italian baking), so she visited with her as well. Anyway, it's been a long day and mom isn't changed from work yet, nor has she spent time with us yet. So, I hope you had a less hectic day and got to spend some quality time with your folks today. It didn't snow any more, at least, so driving was good. Hugs, Willie♥ |
