Hi, Chica,
It's raining again here and it's a bit windy too. Haven't seen/heard anything near us that's damaged, but sure there's areas with trees down and flooding. It was really dark too. It wasn't raining when mom went to work, but apparently once it started it hasn't really stopped so it's a lot of water for us.
Glad your mom isn't in danger of getting the shingles too, she has enough to deal with without that. Hope your dad is less achy and does the rash itch?
Yes, the trim and the edges are the slow part of doing the floor. A lot of measuring and cutting will be going on.
Let's see, mom has the same schedule, 4am to noon and then she'll go back to a 6am or 8am start depending on what day of the week it is. So, so busy from 8 or 9 am on, not superbusy at 4am, heehee.
Yes, if one is an early bird it's a great time to shop. Middle of the night is good if one has a 24 hour grocery like us and something is needed.
