Hi, Blue and Jewel,
Oh, the parronts often eat the 'bad for you' stuff too, but in moderation. They've tried fat free stuff and most of it is awful. Some of the lowfat and low sugar stuff isn't bad. Still, choosing items with a lower fat ratio works well and often those items taste just fine. The experts say if one doesn't indulge, moderately, in those favorite foods then one will eventually just splurge on 'em anyway, so definitely enjoy it occasionally. Mom always eats only half a portion at restaurants and takes the rest home for lunch the next day.
We had a nice Christmas, hope yours was a blast as well.
