`Ü´ *Ruby arrives at The Flower Shop
Ready to begin another day of creating floral gifts for birdies to give to show each other how much they love one another. It is one of the most wonderful jobs on earth she can think of!

She takes her time this morning, feeling no urgency after the Holiday rush, and takes in the beauty of the blossoms she works with. She inhales deeply of the blooms that fill the crocks as she sets them out on the sales floor, and steps back for a moment to appreciate the beauty of each pre-made arrangement as well before setting about bringing out the cash drawer for the register and the receipt books and order forms for the Customer Service Counter.

When the front of The Shop is handled, she returns to the kitchenette in the back room to set a pot of tea to brew so that it is steaming and ready when Alex and Muffin arrive.*
