Hi, Cleo,
Yup, we won as most festive pic, such an honor to have our fellow birds vote for us. Hope Kiddo posted a list of the winners so you and others who weren't able to attend can see it.
Okay, today we had two people decide to not show up for work. They were to work in electronics and do returns. So, mom manned the returns and another did the electronics while the manager called those two and when their was no response had to find replacements. Fortunately replacements were found, but they weren't able to show up for over an hour later, yikes! Of course that means mom didn't get any of her stuff completed.
That's great your mom'll be home for New Year's with you. Ours never stays up late and so glad she works the morning shift so not being out after dark. There's already checkpoints set up to help curb drunk drivers so hopefully there won't be any incidents.
