Hi, Marigold,
Hmmm, think shoes have been put out of furball's sight, so less opportunity for her to chew. Although she tries to chew mom's shoes while she's wearing 'em, so annoying as she'll pull the laces undone, Hey! That's ours! We have dibs on any and all shoelaces in this family!
The other day dad was sitting at his puter and took his shoes and socks off. He was busy so didn't notice furball lurking about. The next he knew skinsis was yelling and chasing furball and extracting one of dad's socks from furball's jaws! She actually took both socks! Dad said they were slobbery, yuck!
We think baking is good resolution or not, heehee. Too many cookies in one sitting, while yummy, probably isn't the best for one's waistline, but sometimes they are just too good to ration.
