Hi, Chica,
Think today's cell phones are fairly good. Some places don't have as strong reception as others. At gma's house there are various dead zones and skinsis would always have to sit in the kitchen nook to talk to anyone back home. Mom doesn't use her phone much, but glad it's there in case of emergency and she has used it a few times for that. Sure beats having to walk and find a phone.
The parronts questioned the quality of some veggies, think it was zucchini, and the produce guy said that batch was one they'd just received. Still, if it doesn't look fresh even if the store just got it why put it out? Mom sure wouldn't buy it looking wilted.
It's still cold here. Mom's had to scrape ice off her car several mornings prior to going to work. The sun is out, but it's not that warm.
We got waffle for breakfast today, so yummy. Furball was begging for a taste too. There's batter left so the parronts will probably have it for dessert tonight too, heehee.
How's the new floor? Did your mom get her office all organized yet?
