Hi TiPaul
I think that's so awesome that both your parronts go grocery shopping together! Mine used to do that ages ago when my Mom was still working! Now that she's home with us she and my Nana go together! My Dad works for the town and it's his job to make sure the roads are in good shape and plowed and salt and sanded for the emergency vehicles to be on and everyone who lives here so that they don't crash up on the icy roads etc. He used to drive the big sanding trucks and have a route all his own but he got a promotion a few years back so now he's in the office directing the employees what to do etc. It's a nice sunny day here in the 40's but the wind is making it feel colder than what it really is! At least it's melting some of the snow! We can watch it from our window swing in our room! When my Mom's home all day we get all day out of cage time but when she has to run errands or go grocery shopping we are caged until my Dad comes home if Mom doesn't get home first. Dad will let us all out and give us all a snack,he'll close our bird room door so we don't go out into the dining room and get lost on him!LOL!
It sounds really cold where you are! My Mom has to take her recyc's to the dump herself along with the trash as we have no pick up service here! And that can be a really cold eggspierience! My Mom says she'll take anything other than the snow! It's too much work and she winds up with a backache everytime she has to shovel! Just give us rain! Hahaha!
Wishing you a great day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses and a vote for you too! Love, Dixie and flock
