It's Popeye.
You're correct. Most people in California don't carry chains. In fact, most people in California don't know how to drive, PERIOD!
Yes, we are covered up at night. Not all the way but just the tops of our cages, where we sleep. for Blue, Jewel, Skye, Rio, Lucky, Pearl, Sassy and Sawyer, dad just pulls a cover around the racks. We have a heat vent in our room so it's never too cold. Sometimes, in the summer, when it's real hot, dad leaves the covers off.
