The Pirate Pearl Float #3
Sam starts the engine and it begins to purr. Sam takes off the brake very slowly as it strains under the weight but begins to move slowly forward. Sam gives it a tiny bit more gas and it moves fluidly forward. Sam puts on the brake again and makes warning over the intercom "I'll be going in reverse so take a safe place away from the float!" Sam shifts the motor into reverse and backs up several feet. They hear the birds cheering! King Gizmo claps Sam on the back, "Well done, Sam!! And I got to test drive it with you! Thanks, buddy!" Sam is happy to make his King happy. More so, his greyt friend King Gizmo! Sam turns off the engine & pushes the safety brake on. King Gizmo flips off the camera monitors as he leads the way out of the small float door!

King Gizmo staightens his robes out & tells Sam, "You've done a lot of work Sam! I'll be happy to lend a wing with the painting & artwork parts of this float." Sam nods, "I would be honored by your presence & any help you'd like to do! Most of it is painting and I have a large sail that is going to be painted also. I've sketched a big design on it already and it just needs to be painted in with color." King Gizmo gathers his entourage together and addresses Sam, "We will see you in a few hours after we have a good ole' snowball fight! You're welcomed to join us, Sam!" Sam bows to King Gizmo and thanks him with a nod. "I still have work to do, sire, but I look forward to seeing all of you again later today if you're not too tired. Have a good time!" King Gizmo and the entourage make for the mountain and some fun. Sam looks at the float and smiles, proud of the work he has accomplished today. He goes to his work table & blueprints to do some more mathematical calculations. He's making sure he has enough horse power to move the mini- Pirate Pearl and the weight of birds on top of it.
