King Gizmo Arrives At Sam's Page Seeing An Emptied
...plate of remnants of Green Eggs on the plate and crusts from Sam's favorite cinnamon toast with blueberry jam. King Gizmo sees a smaller scaled version of a clipper ship on a large six wheeled chassis. He listens and hears movement & sounds like a blowtorch coming from underneath. When he hears the blowtorch turn off he calls out, "SAM!! YOU UNDER THERE?" Soon King Gizmo sees Sam slide out with his welders mask still on and blow torch in wing. Sam is lying down on his back on top of a mechanics board and he flips his mask back and says, "Hi, King Gizmo! Isn't she looking greyt?" Sam scoots further out and gets up, putting away the torch. King Gizmo observes all the carpentry tools that Sam has been using. Over across the wall is a large white object. King Gizmo goes over to take a closer look & sees it is a cannon carved from dense foam type material. It looks like a white cannon! Sam laughs as King Gizmo's eyes grow large! "It's FAKE! But with some paint and some artistic touches of paint...it will look like the real deal!" Sam shows Gizmo the pyrotechnics that will simulate the cannon firing. "See, when these two powders are mixed and lit," Sam strikes a match & holds it to the two powders that are mixed in a small bowl, "it will sizzle, smoke, and then KABAM!!" The bowl sizzles, smokes, and then a LOUD BANG at the same time as a flash of light goes off inside the bowl. |
