Dixie
is just so happy to see Sugar there with another Pete the Cat book and this one about buttons too! The hot apple cider smells sooo good and tastes just as wonderful to him! The cold wind blowing outside makes the day seem even colder than what it is! Dixie and Sugar share the rest of the cornbread hatchday cake together and drink the apple cider and then go and snuggle together as Sugar starts reading the Pete the Cat book! What a silly cat, they both laugh at the antics of this fashionable cat in the story! As their eyes start to close from such a busy day,Dixie leans in closer to Sugar, rests his head on her beautiful Zon shoulder and soon sleep overtakes him and Sugar and both birds are off to dreamland, snuggling close together, warm and happy.......
