Hey Callie♥
Let's go to Pookie's today to play because it's warm and pretty there. We are freezing here! It's really cold. Mom took her grands to dinner yesterday and gave them both their birthday gifts. Anna's birthday was Sunday, and Lena will have one on the 20th of Feb., after mom leaves for her vacation, so she just celebrated both birthdays yesterday. She got Anna a game called Apples to Apples, which she knows and likes, and got Lena a pop up book of Gaudi architecture. You'd think these all sound like kid things even though the girls are grown, right? But the Gaudi thing is one of Lena's favorite artists, and the game is for adults. She also gave them checks, which are always appreciated. She figures they can get their own clothes or whatever. Okay, let's go to Pookie's, I have the glider up and ready! Hugs, Willie♥ |
